I had a fantastic stay at The Westin Copley Place. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location with easy access to malls and public transportation. While my room was spacious and offered fantastic views, the check-in process left a bit to be desired. Overall, the ambience and amenities made for a lovely experience, but improvements in service could enhance it further.

I had a great time at The Westin Copley Place during my recent stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining options, and my room offered a stunning view of the city. My stay at The Westin Copley Place in Boston was nice for many reasons. The hotel's location was superb, allowing easy access to nearby shopping and cultural sites. The staff was exceptionally attentive, especially the concierge who provided great recommendations. However, the toilet in my room was lower than expected, and despite requesting assistance, the issue was not resolved during my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its many positives! 😊
